Arrive in Beijing |
Welcome to China! Welcome to Beijing! After your arrival at the airport, you will be met by our tour guide in the Arrival Hall. Later on, be transferred to your hotel. After a short rest in your hotel, you will be guided to Summer Palace. In the evening, you will be entertained with Peking Roast Duck. |

| Day 2 |
Beijing |
Today, you will first visit Tian`anmen Square, the biggest city plaza in the world. Then walk around the marvelous "Egg" (the National Centre for the Performing Arts) to take some pictures from its outside. Afterwards, proceed to Forbidden City, the most complete imperial palace in China. Subsequently, move forward to the impressive Temple of Heaven. In the evening, you will enjoy Peking Opera. |

| Day 3 |
Beijing to Xi'an |
After breakfast, you will be driven to Badaling Great Wall, which is about 75 km away from the downtown Beijing. After lunch, be guided to visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tombs. Then, be escorted to the railway station for your overnight train with soft sleeper to Xi`an. |

Xi'an |
In the early morning, you will arrive in Xi`an airport where you will be greeted by our Xi`an local guide at the railway station and transferred to your downtown hotel. After some rest, proceed to the famous Terracotta Warriors Museum. In the afternoon, visit Shaanxi History Museum with the richest collection of artifacts in China. After that, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. In the evening, enjoy the famous Tang Dynasty Dinner Performance. |

| Day 5 |
Xi'an to Lhasa(Fly to Lhasa) |
Finishing breakfast, you will be picked up and escorted to the airport for your flight to Lhasa. After arrival at Gonggar Airport, you will be met by our local guide at the Arrival Hall. Later, be transferred to your hotel which will take you about one and half hours` driving. Then, you can take a good rest to get acclimatized. |

Lhasa |
Today, you will first go to visit Potala Palace, which was originally built in 637 by Songtsen Gampo and had become the home to Dalai Lama and the political center of Tibet since 1645. In the afternoon, visit Jokhang Temple, which locates at Barkor Street and is the spiritual center of Tibet. Then, go sightseeing and shopping at Barkor Street, the most ancient street in Lhasa where you can get a view of the local people`s daily life. |

| Day 7 |

Finishing breakfast, you will first go sightseeing in Drepung Monastery,which was once the largest monastery in the world and housed 10,000 monks in its heyday. Later on, move forward to Sera Monastery, which means wild rose in the Tibetan language, because the hill behind it was covered with wild roses in bloom when the monastery was built. |

Lhasa- Yamdrok Tso Lake- Gyantse - Shigatse |
The full-day excursion will take you to the southwest of Lhasa. Firstly, you will pass Yamdrok Lake, one of the three holy lakes in Tibet and enjoying the most beautiful water. Afterwards, proceed to visit the Kumbum Pagoda in Pelkhor Monastery. Later on, move forward to Shigatse, the second largest town in Tibet. |

| Day 9 |
Shigatse - Lhasa |
Today, you will be taken to visit Tashilunpo Monastery, the seat of the Panchen Lama built in 1447 and one of the six grand monasteries in Tibet. After lunch, you will take a 4-5-hour`s drive along the Brahmaputra River back to Lhasa. |

Lhasa-Chengdu-Shanghai | Fly to Shanghai |
After breakfast, you will be picked up and escorted to Lhasa Gonggar Airport. Then you will fly to Shanghai via Chengdu. After your arrival at Shanghai airport, you will be greeted by our local guide in the Arrival Hall. Then, be transferred to your hotel. |

In the morning, you will be first taken to visit the Bund, one of the most famous thoroughfares in China, where you can see a collection of buildings dating to the 1930`s Afterwards, you will proceed to Shanghai Museum, which locates on People`s Square and possesses fine collection of cultural relics. Then you will move forward to Yu Garden. |
